Today is first official day I'm on the high protein diet. Gotta write my weight down somewhere... was under 120 pounds in August now around 140 and about to go way up taking 4 bottles of Ensure per day as prescribed.

great day so far, got approved for my high protein diet and found out where I can get some skates. I haven't been on skates in years. That will be very interesting! :)

Snow Photos posted, now onto the video before I start to shovel out. This footage is from the very beginning of last nights storm. Its really got intense around 10:30pm and now we have over 5cm of ice pellets on top of the snow drifts!

okay, i am gone out for coffee downtown at Atlantis then to the gym, gotta be in great shape to survive this winter. No wonder its warming up so much, this could be a massive storm tomorrow. I can't wait! I love dangerous weather! Makes me feel so alive!
